In-Store pickup is offered to all customers with in an area you feel comfortable driving to our Enfield CT store. Local pickup is available Monday through Friday 11AM-6:30PM and Saturday 11PM-6:30PM. When your order is ready for pickup you will receive an email indicating the status of your order has changed to 'Ready For Pickup'. Orders will be held for 15 days, after which they will be shipped if they Qualifies for Free Shipping. If it don't Qualifies for Free Shipping your order will be refunded. Minus a 25% process charge.
All orders are shipped the with in 48 hour. Most orders will go out the next business day (M-F) Saturday your order won't be shipped till Monday Morning.
PLEASE VERIFY YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS PRIOR SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. IF OUR SOFTWARE DETECTS AN INVALID ADDRESS WE WILL ATTEMPT TO VERIFY IT WITH YOU PRIOR TO SHIPPING. IF WE CANNOT VERIFY THE ADDRESS WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED. IF THE ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, BUT VALID PER THE USPS, DISCOUNT VAPE 360 IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE SHIPMENT. WHEN RETURNED BY THE POST OFFICE WE WILL EITHER RESHIP THE ORDER AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE OR REFUND THE ORDER, MINUS SHIPPING CHARGES.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged by the USPS. USPS First Class mail is not insured. Priority and Priority Express are insured at $50. It is important to note that Discount Vape 360 can only request reimbursement from the USPS for non-delivery. If your item is listed as delivered by the USPS but not received, or damaged in transit you will have to file the claim directly. Shipping cost are NON-REFUNDABLE!!!
