Return Policy

Discount Vape 360 allows returns or exchanges within seven days from the delivery date. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the cost of shipping. You may send the item (s) back to Discount Vape 360 to receive a refund equal to the total amount paid (minus the 10% restocking fee & shipping). If you decide to cancel your order prior to shipping, there will be no restocking fee applied. 


Broken or missing items from an order must be reported to customer support  within 48 hours from the delivery date. We have the right to refuse any return/exchanges/refunds if our policy is not followed. 

If an item (s) are received with any cosmetic damage from the manufacturer, you must contact our customer support team within 48 hours from the delivery date.


It is your responsibility to examine all items on packages received.

  • Opened/Used E-Liquid

  • Sub Ohm Tanks

  • RDA's / RDTA / RTA

  • Batteries

  • Battery Chargers

  • Replacement Coils / Pods


Process for Returns

Re-package the item (s) including all of its contents (manual, charging cable, accessories etc). Please ensure you package the item for return as it was received. Poor packaging of the merchandise could result in the refusal of the return. Check your local post office as padded envelops are free of charge for Priority Mail.

Once Discount Vape 360 receives and inspects the item (s), our customer support team will contact you on resolving the return. Refunds are applied to the original form of payment and may take 4-7 business days after processing. 

Note: We have the right to deny a return or exchange if the following instructions are not followed.


You are responsible for all shipping charges for any return. The shipping charge may vary depending on weight and carrier used. Please ensure all items are clean for returns and exchanges. If an item (s) are received uncleaned, the merchandise may be returned at your expense.
